Biomass Chain Grate Steam(Hot Water) Boiler Brief Introduction
The DZL biomass steam boiler is a single-drum, chain grate boiler suitable for various biomass fuels and coal. It adopts a combined water-tube and fire-tube design, with water-cooled walls for radiant heating and threaded fire tubes for efficient convection. The symmetrical structure and rear economizer improve thermal efficiency and reduce heat loss. Equipped with mechanical ventilation and a spiral slag remover, the boiler supports automated, safe, and reliable operation. Discharged ash can be reused as organic fertilizer. Biomass chain grate steam boiler applications: textile plant, rice mill, garment factory, utility or power plant, hospital, hotel, food & beverage, diaries, schools, etc.
