二、结构与工作原理

Structure & Working Principle

• 锅炉本体：采用自然循环系统，由单锅筒、水冷壁、螺纹烟管、对流管束组合而成。
  Boiler body: Adopts natural circulation system, composed of single steam drum, water wall, threaded smoke tubes and convection tube bundles.
• 燃烧系统：链条炉排自动给煤，炉膛分区燃烧，搭配鼓风机均匀送风，燃料燃烧充分。
  Combustion system: Automatic coal feeding via chain grate; zoned combustion in furnace with forced draft fan to ensure sufficient air supply and complete combustion.
• 烟气流程：炉膛 → 对流管束 → 螺纹烟管 → 省煤器 → 除尘器 → 烟囱。三回程结构强化热交换，热能利用率更高。
  Flue gas flow: Furnace → Convection tube bundle → Threaded smoke tube → Economizer → Dust collector → Chimney. The three-pass design enhances heat exchange and improves thermal energy utilization.
• 控制系统：一体化电控柜，实现水位、压力、温度全自动调控与安全联锁保护。
  Control system: Integrated electric control cabinet, realizing automatic regulation and interlock safety protection for water level, pressure and temperature.
