二、结构与工作原理

Structure & Working Principle

• 锅炉本体：采用自然循环方式，由单锅筒、水冷壁、螺纹烟管、对流管束组成。
  Boiler body: Adopts natural circulation system, consisting of single steam drum, water wall, threaded smoke tubes and convection tube bundles.
• 燃烧系统：链条炉排自动上煤，炉膛分区燃烧，配合鼓风机均匀送风，燃烧充分。
  Combustion system: Automatic coal feeding by chain grate; zoned combustion inside furnace with forced draft fan for even air supply and complete combustion.
• 烟气流程：炉膛 → 对流管束 → 螺纹烟管 → 省煤器 → 除尘器 → 烟囱，三回程设计大幅提升换热效果。
  Flue gas flow: Furnace → Convection tube bundle → Threaded smoke tube → Economizer → Dust collector → Chimney. The three-pass design effectively improves heat exchange efficiency.
• 控制系统：集成式电控柜，可对水位、压力、温度实现自动调控与安全保护。
  Control system: Integrated electric control cabinet, realizing automatic regulation and safety protection for water level, pressure and temperature.
