DZL8-1.25-T Coal and Biomass Fired Steam Boiler

The DZL single-drum longitudinal chain grate biomass boiler is equipped with riser tube banks at the lower part of the drum. This design eliminates the dead water zone at the drum bottom, prevents sludge deposition, and provides efficient cooling for the high-temperature area of the drum, thus avoiding bulging on the lower part of the boiler.

Fitted with high-efficiency heat-transfer threaded smoke tubes, the boiler achieves enhanced heat transfer. It heats up and builds pressure rapidly, with improved overall thermal efficiency.

Boasting a compact structure, it features smaller overall dimensions than similar boilers, helping reduce the construction cost of the boiler room. The threaded smoke tubes increase the heat transfer coefficient and thermal efficiency. The turbulent flow of flue gas inside the tubes inhibits ash buildup and enables self-cleaning.

Its unique dual-layer secondary air design optimizes the ignition conditions for biomass fuel. Independent air chambers ensure rational air distribution, forming a favorable aerodynamic field inside the furnace. This results in high combustion temperature and superior combustion efficiency.
