6000kg Containerized Oil & Gas Fired Steam Boiler

This is an all-in-one skid-mounted steam boiler with rated evaporation capacity of 6000 kilograms per hour. The whole unit including burner, feed water pump, control cabinet, valves and meters is pre-assembled and fully commissioned before delivery.

It is compatible with multiple fuels: natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas and light diesel oil. The equipment boasts rapid steam output, high thermal efficiency up to 92% and low noise. Equipped with multi-level safety interlock devices for water level, pressure and flame failure, it realizes fully automatic operation and ensures stable & safe running.

Thanks to the compact skid structure, the boiler requires minimal on-site installation work and is convenient for transportation and relocation. Widely applied in food processing, garment washing, chemical industry, concrete curing and other fields.
